Item Description
One free individual psychotherapy session for teens or adults wanting help in interpersonal relationships. The session will last 50 minutes.
If you are living with traumatic events from your past, ranging from insult, abuse, humiliation, violence, attachment wounds, or even subtle disappointments, therapy could be a safe space to address these injuries. Through a collaborative approach and taking into account the mind & body, Cristina joins clients on a journey of exploration, growth, and healing to assist you in reconnecting with yourself, feel grounded, and manage your life more smoothly.
Her specialties include working with trauma (sexual, physical, neglect, and emotional), dissociation, general relationship issues, anxiety and depression,adolescents/teens, fears/phobias, grief & loss issues, etc.
Her approach to therapy is eclectic. She tailors therapy to each client in order to best meet their specific needs. Therapy is a collaborative process designed to bring about relief. She's been trained in a variety of techniques, interventions, and modules, including Trauma Based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Resiliency Module and EMDR.
She also runs a Women's Sexual Abuse Survivor's Group, a Men's Sexual Abuse Survivor's Group, and a Co-Ed Sexual Abuse Survivor's Group.
