Item Description
One button, "Kennedy for Senator" is from Bobby Kennedy's 1964 successful senatorial campaign. The remaining 11 campaign pins are from his 1968 Presidential hopeful campaign. Bobby was assassinated in June 1968 on the morning after winning the California primary over Hubert Humphrey (who later was nominated) and Eugene McCarthy. Both RFK and McCarthy ran on an anti-war platform.
These very collectible and increasingly hard to come by buttons are valued at $75.
