2017 Georges Vigouroux Hommage Malbec
From a French family with four generations of winemaking flowing though their veins comes this Malbec, made from grapes grown in I.G.P. Pays d'OC. With hints of purple that demonstrate its youth, 2017 Georges Vigouroux Hommage Malbec I.G.P. has a nose of intense red fruits and violet with a hint of mint that meets black fruits and deep tannins on the palate.

2017 Starlight Ridge Shiraz
Our Starlight Ridge Shiraz comes from Australia’s famed Barossa Valley winemaking region, and it shines a lovely purple in the glass. True to the fruit-forward styles of Australian Shiraz, this wine offers rich aromas of plum, vanilla, and white pepper. On the palate, it delivers a silky essence of blackberry and plum, with subtle hints of chocolate and spice and a long, succulent finish. This quintessential Australian Shiraz begins with delicious grapes from the Barossa Valley, a region near Adelaide that became one of the country’s first well-known wine regions, with its specialty being the Shiraz grape. The grapes faithfully reflects Australia’s fruity terroir from the outset, and the wine is given an aging period to develop the tannins and body that is characteristic of Shiraz. Starlight Ridge Shiraz pairs best with red meats such as beef, lamb, and even venison. Its best flavors emerge when decanted for around 30 minutes.

2018 Monarch Glen Merlot
The 2018 Monarch Glen Merlot lives up to its reputation as an award-winning wine with easy to drink notes filled of cherries and red berries. A beautiful deep purple with ruby tips in the glass, Monarch Glen Merlot presents a fruit-forward nose of dark berries & a hint of red cherry. Expect a smooth, well balanced, light-to-medium taste body with moderate acidity that creates pleasant tannins that emerge and fade quickly. Pair this merlot with herbed meats, from lighter offerings like roast chicken, to heavier meals like beef, veal and grilled lamb.

2017 Racine Côtes du Rhône Rouge
A dark ruby-purple in the glass, 2017 Racine Côtes du Rhône Rouge features a range of inviting aromas, from freshly-crushed blackberries and blueberries to green peppers roasting on a grill. The pepperiness on the nose leads into more fruit-driven black cherry and blueberry flavors on the palate. Made from the classic Rhône blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre grapes, this wine is tart, grippy, and powerful with coarse tannins. We highly recommend splash-decanting.

2018 Fair Oaks Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon
Our 2018 Fair Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon is cultivated under year-round Californian sunshine, allowing for a full development of flavorful grapes. This cab features a full body with medium acidity and light tannins, which bring out rich flavors of plum, cherry, and oak with subtle undertones of vanilla and tobacco. Pair this Cabernet Sauvignon with rich game such as venison or deer.

2018 Sierra Trails Old Vine Zinfandel
Our 2018 Sierra Trails Zinfandel comes from some of the oldest vines in California. These vines produce less grapes, but the grapes are more concentrated, which helps bring out the full flavors of the grapes. This Zinfandel features complex aromas of ripe berries and red currant. Its palate is light in acidity but full in body with rich flavors of plum and undertones of oak and tobacco. Pair this Zinfandel with spicy meals like chili or Mexican food.
