Live in paradise for a week in Pismo Beach!!! A one-week stay at WorldMark by Wyndham Pismo Beach timeshare condominium. Located just 200 feet from the beach! The condominium has a Master bedroom with a queen bed and a queen Murphy bed in the living area and fully equipped kitchen. 

Available only for the week of 7/6/20-7/13/20.  At this time the Condo Resort Windmark Condos, Pismo Beach is opened but due to the Covid-19 pandemic we can not know of unforseen issues.  If an issue does occur, the share owner will help to revise.  Due to this dates may change.  We will continue to update all bidders as information is received. The time share condos are set directly behind the resort.

Our time share owners love going to this location for walks on the beach and enjoying the small town of Pismo Beach with shop and restaurants ... all a short walking distance.

Unit Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, washer and dryer, telephone, gas fireplace, cable TV with DVD, stereo system with CD player, large shared deck, hairdryers in bathrooms.

Resort Amenities: Outdoor spa, ocean-view restaurant, a massage treatment center, children's beach play area, and common area barbecues.

For your convenience, the unit will have a starter supply of spices, tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, paper towels, tissues, toilet paper, and laundry soap.

Available only for the week of 7/6/20-7/13/20. Maximum occupancy 4. Limits will be enforced and apply to all ages including infants. Units are assigned the morning of check-in by reservation number. This means you will be assigned the best available unit on the day you arrive.  Owner of time share will be adding the winner as a guest.

Your name will be given to the time share owner.  These are the dates for this time share and can not be revised.

Due to this unprecedented time and the Covid-19 pandemic, there may be some unexpected circumstances for some small businesses.  Companies with donated certificates have been contacted, however, we are aware of the possibility of unforeseen changes.  We will work with the businesses and the companies to best address each situation.
