You and a guest will join 2 other couples to wine and dine with Msgr Paul and Mrs. Kaiser to enjoy an amazing meal prepared by SLM's very own Chef Calvin Holladay and hosted by the St. Lawrence Referral Group- Date to be Determined.

Calvin began working in the culinary industry as a teenager under the guidance of an experienced executive chef who was extremely passionate about his work, the ocean, and the environment. Calvin has continued to evolve and work with different concepts, as well as working with different styles of cuisines. He thoroughly enjoys what he does and it shows in the passion that he puts into every plate he creates.
