Guildford Sparkling 2019 x 1 Bottle
Opening each bottle of this rustic Sparkling Rose is a surprise, unpredictable, joyous. Effusively effervescent, the cascading aromas of peach, cherries and pomegranate introduce a whimsical side of wine making. It's fun, fizzy delicious and funky. Immensely pleasurable, the traditionally cloudy, lightly filtered natural wine reflects the complex terrior of this vineyard.
Guildford 2016 Shiraz x 2 Bottles
The taste of this mesmerizing dark velvety garnet Shiraz harks back to past traditions and memories of little rain, red dams and dry irrigation pipes. THe wine has been aged 24 months in neutral oak barrels creating a lovely silky mouth feel that slowly releases the rich aromatic spices, blending aromas of black pepper and mocha. Ideal for long term aging.
100% estate grown fruit, hand harvested.
Guildford 2015 Cabernet Savigion x 2 Bottles
All fruit for this wine was late harvested ensuring red fruit flavours and violet fragrances. THe resulting wine is medium in structure with good balance between oak and strength. Soft tannins allow this wine to be enjoyed now however some improvement will be evident with further ageing.
100% estate grown fruit, hand harvested.
Guildford 2019 Rose x 1 Bottle
This Rose takes your breath away, refreshing, vibrant, bitter sweet tangerine and strawberry flavours are superbly blended with a touch of Gewurztraminer that adds complexity and aromatic notes, recalling the cries of the mectar feeding musk lorikeets and still icy nights of the vineyard.
