You don’t have to be an ‘artist’ to benefit from the healing power of art! Art Therapy uses the creative process to improve a person’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This class helps participants reduce stress; manage behaviors and feelings; improve memory; process emotions and grief; aid self-expression; improve motor skills; build self-confidence; and, increase communication and social interaction. Art Therapy is a powerful rehabilitation tool for both the brain and the soul.
Thank you for helping to ensure everyone has access to life-enhancing services after brain injury, when they need it and for as long as they need it, regardless of their financial resources.
