AgriStarts is a company in Apopka, Florida, that clones exciting new varieties of edible plants and tropical plants from tissue culture. Ty Strode, the owner of AgriStarts, has offered to put together a collection of the best big bold foliage plants for municipal containers – bananas, calocasia, alocasia, etc.
You will receive 144 starter “plugs” of (24 units of 6 different varieties) of bold tropical plants that would be perfect as the “thriller” for containers throughout your community. These “starter plugs” can be grown to full size plants in a greenhouse - or another sunny warm location - in four months. If you don’t need this many big bold plants for your containers, sell them as a fundraiser or add them to your personal collection. These varieties are amazing – and they are hard to find. Some of them will have huge leaves 3 feet tall!
AgriStarts doesn’t normally sell mixed flats like this. They are doing this exclusively for America in Bloom. Also, AgriStarts only sells wholesale so you would not be able to easily find or purchase these varieties. This is really something special.
This package includes 144 individual “plugs” of 6 different varieties of bold tropical foliage plants. You will receive 2 flats of plugs with 72 plugs in each flat. Shipping is included.
