Item Description
Join acclaimed author and photographer, John Haywood, between April and September 2021 for an Adirondack Waterfall Photography Workshop.
We will visit between two and three waterfalsl in the Keene, Keene Valley, and Wilmington areas that would be considered easy to moderate difficulty.
The workshop will include a number of basic photography techniques, followed by advanced techniques, that will help you become a successful waterfall photographer.
The following items will be necessary:
- digital camera (with lens and memory card), with the ability to be set to "manual"
- tripod
- remote shutter release (optional if camera has a timer)
- lens wipes (to wipe away any mist from the lens)
The following items are highly recommended, but not essential:
- Circular polarizer filter
- neutral density filter
Item Special Note
Please let us know of any physical limitations at the time of arrangement as most waterfalls are surrounded by variable terrain within a forest.
As part of this package, you will also receive a copy of John's New York State Waterfall Guide, Adirondack Fifty Falls Waterfall Challenge Guide, and the Family-Friendly Waterfall Hikes in the Adirondacks guidebook.
All necessary Covid-19 precautions will be taken. Please bring your own transportation.
