Midnight Bear Breads is an artisan bakery located on the beautiful island of Kauai, Hawaii. Ursa Swift and Evan McAfee have owned and operated the bakery since 2012 in Hanapepe. They started off selling artisan breads at farmers markets and retail stores around the island. Opening a retail bakery in 2015 has expanded into selling our artisan breads, croissants, sandwiches, panini’s, pizza, and coffee all fresh at their bakery location in historic Hanapepe town. Using the finest organic ingredients, old traditional technique, and European equipment.

Kauai Beer Company
Opened in Fall 2013, the Kauai Beer Company has become a destination for residents and guests. Our neighborhood microbrewery produces artisan batches of high-quality craft beer, served in a relaxed atmosphere, making all our friends feel completely at home. House brews and global comfort eats, plus ciders, and wine, are presented in simple, relaxed atmosphere. The creative food menu rivals the brew and stands on its own as a reason to visit.

Local pickup can be arranged at our headquarters office in Kalaheo, HI. Items must be picked up in 60 days.
