Item Description
2014 Williams Selyem Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir $70.00
Another triumph of fine winemaking, this appellation wine is leathery and full bodied, wild and savory in tea, strawberry hull and rocky earth. It shines in subtle acidity and plenty of structure, with ample body to support its angular temptations. (VB) (9/2016)
90 points Allen Meadows - Burghound
2014 Williams Selyem "Calegari Vineyard" Russian River Valley Pinot Noir $90.00
Well-ripened and fairly bright at one and the same time with vigorous, young, distinctly cherry-like fruit in control at every stop, this nicely composed effort shows great continuity and crafting and is, in the manner of fine Pinot, both tantalizingly rich and wonderfully light on its feet. It should prove to be a wine that ages with real grace owing to its exceptional energy and balance, but it is so easy to like now that waiting will not come easy. (10/2016)
93 points Vinous
Williams Selyem Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 2015 $75.00
Wine Enthusiast WE 95 Points
This is a triumph of blending, a cuvée that over-delivers on the sum of its parts, imparting a profile of raspberry strudel and juicy Bing cherry. With underpinnings of spicy cardamom, savory tones of forest and tea invite you further into the glass, finishing with a tease of dark chocolate.
