Released by Shambhala Publications in September 2020, this updated edition includes Ram Dass's original introduction, as well as a new preface reflecting on how the conversation around meditation has changed over the last forty years. In addition to four other insightful and inspiring books: Mindfulness: A Practical Guide to Awakening and One Dharma:The Emerging Western Buddhism by Joseph and Real Change and Real Happiness at Work by Sharon. The sampler includes an IMS canvas tote book bag.
