Enjoy the culinary delights of Duncaster's Executive Chef, Frank Zimber. Our Chef’s creations are always delicious, fresh and healthy featuring made-from-scratch soups, inventive salads (the Duncaster Salad is a fan-favorite) and mouth-watering entrees. Gluten-free and vegan options available.
Chef Zimber has an esteemed career path, starting out with a three year apprenticeship in a Two Michelin star restaurant in Germany, two family owned hotels in Germany, cruise ships, The Union League Cafe in New Haven, CT and the Hartford Golf Club before coming to Duncaster.
