Treat yourself to three bottles of Moshin Vineyards 2012 Carreras Vineyard Zinfandel from the Dry Creek Valley in Sonoma County. Here's what some are saying about it:

Oofah! Stunning deep purple colour. Single vineyard minerality and soil. A little bit of leather basil and gooseberry mint to undercut the deep mineral blackberry and plum and tobacco that keep the whole profile together. Delicious and after 45’ is ready to go in keeping with lesser decant time for zinfandels. 91.5/100
This is a very lovely Zinfandel by Moshin Vineyards. Aromas of blackberry and spice are followed by balanced flavors of blackberry jam, rich plum and a blush of slate. The finish is quite smooth and presents a hint of vanilla with none of the bite that some lesser Zins push forward. Known for their Pinots, Moshin here produces a very fine Zinfandel that I will have again if i can get my hands on another. Cheers!
