Item Description
The original artwork was inspired by the 2016 election and was part of a larger series of portraits and illustrations focused on the disruptive political climate. Choosing Ruth was an homage to her tireless work as a fighter for women's rights and equity. The portrait was digitally illustrated and will be printed on a mounted canvas on a wooden frame.
Taryn Nuñez is a creative young professional, working and living in Providence Rhode Island. She's had the privilege of studying and working in the creative industries for the past eight years within various markets. Taryn's background is predominantly in fine art, illustration, branding, marketing, print production, and print design.
For the past several years, she's worked as a freelance designer – working with a range of organizations, specifically those with global networks, social impacts, and changemakers in their own right. Taryn currently is serving in the role of Creative Director with The Nuñez Co."
