OBJECTIVE
Auction credits, for use in Executive Search for positions in USA.

CREDIT (value)
The credit paid will be multiplied by 5 times and will have a limit of US $ 2,000.
The credit will give the right to use in hiring a professional up to the limit of the amount of credit
paid, multiplied by 5 times.
The difference between the amount of the contracting fee and the credit must be paid by the
company or person who obtained the credit.

Example:
Salary of the professional to be hired US$ 4,000 x 12 (annual salary) = US$ 48,000 x 20% (fee) =
US$ 9,600 (total fee) to be paid

Credit
US$ 500 x 5 times = US$ 2,500
US$ 1,000 x 5 times = US$ 5,000
US$ 2,000 x 5 times = US$ 10,000
In this example, the fee is US$ 9,600 - US$ 5,000 = US$ 4,600 to be paid to Tatsuo Consultoria.
In this example, fees US$ 9,600 - US$ 10,000 = US$ 400 will not be refunded, but can be used
for other hires.
The credit can only be used for 1 contract and 1 professional.
The sum of 2 credits for a contract will not be accepted.

Restrictions
The credit cannot be acquired or used by the competition and / or partners of Tatsuo
Consultoria (executive search).
The credit is valid only for the person or company you purchased, it cannot be passed on to
another company or person.
Deadline for submission of candidates
3 candidates will be presented for the interview, within 30 days
