Item Description
A great way to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon to this day is by riding the train at Kennedy Park on Hesperian Boulevard. The train became a permanent part of the Kennedy Park experience in 1975 along with the carousel. This photo from about 1985 shows yet another generation of children and their parents enjoying the train.
Exhibition print originally appeared in Past Times at the Hayward Area Historical Society.
