Item Description
I visited Notre-Dame Cathedral in Amiens, in northern France, and walked the cream and black labyrinth there. Here's two souvenirs: a postcard with an excellent picture of the labyrinth, and a token (looks like a coin but is not legal tender) showing the cathedral, a cherub and the labyrinth floating in the sky behind the cathedral.
Item Special Note
The labyrinth on the token is really tiny - a half inch across. With the postcard, these provide an unusual and attractive illustration of the Amiens Cathedral labyrinth. This labyrinth was built 1288, destroyed in the early 19th century and a replica re-laid in the late 19th century. It is a peaceful and beautiful place.
