"In order to achieve the highest quality, we make and bottle our wines in the great tradition of Burgundy. We hand bottle by gravity, using a minimum amount of sulfur and avoid filtering and fining when possible.
Our wines with aging will form a light natural sediment - you might prefer to decant or leave the bottle upright 3-4 hours prior to serving."
