If you’re not an Italian nonna with years of pasta-making experience, this is the class for you! Explore traditional Italian culture and cuisine and learn to prepare fresh, homemade pasta in this virtual cooking class with an Italian resident. Buono!

Shop for your ingredients with a list you’ll receive ahead of time, meet your instructor on Zoom, and make a classic meal right in your own kitchen. This is an immersive, interactive, one-on-one class and you may adjust the recipes for your own dietary needs. Cook alongside, get tips, and ask any questions you may have as you prepare your delicious homemade pasta, sauce, and dessert.

Menu Selection
• Ravioli or tagliatelle - Homemade tomato stuffed pasta in a mushroom sauce or ribbon-like pasta in a meat sauce
• Panna cotta or tiramisu - Traditional Italian cream-based dessert with berries or chocolate or coffee-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cheese dessert.
Ingredients: please ensure you have the ingredients at least 2 days before your class

Winspire provides a team of seasoned booking professionals who will help you redeem your experience. Experience must be completed within two years from the date of purchase. Reservations are subject to availability, and must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance. Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Purchases through charity fundraisers are non-refundable and packages cannot be resold.

Items may be picked up at Greater Haralson Chamber of Commerce, 70 Murphy Campus Blvd., Waco, GA; between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday.
