EXPAND WELLNESS is a new movement studio dedicated to educating you on how to move better to get out of pain. Focusing on personalized instruction for injury prevention, rehab, and performance. Rebalance, mobilize, and strengthen your body through a 'Series of Gravity Based Exercises' and get back to doing what you love!
There are many poor movement patterns we develop throughout the course of life, and more and more we live a sedentary life. How do we undo the inevitable force of gravity and find balance, especially after we feel we've tried everything? Here's a secret, your body already knows what it needs, we just need to wake it up!
The gravity based exercises you will learn will re-train your body to get back to moving well and feeling good. No equipment needed.
As a professional in the movement and wellness industry with the opening of the physical studio space in Kennebunk Maine, protocols have been put in place to keep You safe while allowing you a Safe Space to Train for improved overall wellness.
It is important during these times, and always, that you prioritize your health, and that means staying active safely.
So let's MOVE and let's do it together with care.
Sessions are normally 40 minutes and $80. The introductory session takes extra time to get to know the client better - current health, individual goals, and to conduct a thorough health assessment.
