This wooden bowl, turned out of maple wood by David Walsh, is a beautiful piece signed and dated by the skilled artisan. David Walsh is a Pennsylvania-based artist and woodworker who produces handmade fine wooden bowls turned from domestic and exotic woods. His prolific body of work exceeds 13,000 signed and numbered bowls that range in size from 1.5 inches to 2 feet in diameter. His award-winning work has been featured and sold in galleries throughout the USA, including the Renwick Gallery at the Smithsonian Institute.
