Item Description

Sixteen (16) hand-tied flies and the poppers are hand-painted. These flies are hand-tied by a 2018 CfR alumna from the Southeast Regional Program.

Includes: 3 Articulated flies; 2 Hand-painted poppers, 10 Squirmy worms, Plano prolatch stowaway, 3500 series.

• Large popper - Tied on a 2/0 Kona Big Popper Hook, materials include grey and pink Icelandic Sheep Hair, white Bird Fur, grey filler flash, three colors of marabou, grey saddle feather, and multiple colors of flash. The foam popper head is hand-painted, with multiple layers of painting and coated in Loon soft head over each layer.
• Medium popper - Tied on a size 6 Mustad popper hook, materials include olive grizzly feather, red schlappen feather, olive marabou, and multiple colors of flash. The foam popper head is hand-painted, with multiple layers of painting and coated in Loon soft head over each layer.
• Squirmy worms - Each worm is tied on a size 10 barbless Hanak competition jig trophy hook using two pieces of SAMSFX worm material and a 5/32" tungsten bead and is coated with Loon soft head.
• White and pink articulated fly - This 6 1/2" fly is tied on a size 1 Mustad TitalX Wacky/Neko Hook (60403NP-TX) and has 7 articulation shanks tied to the hook using coffee-colored 80 lb test (.018 dia.) and a white tungsten bead. The head is a 7.0 mm fish skull with Ice Living eyes. The materials were tied on using GSP 100 thread and include clear Chocklett's Finesse body chenille in medium and large, Polar Reflector flash in hot pink, and premium strung saddle feathers in hot pink.
• White and blue articulated fly - This 5 1/4" fly is tied on a size 1 Kona UMS hook and has 5 articulation shanks tied to the hook using coffee-colored 80 lb test (.018 dia.) and a blue tungsten bead. The head is a 7.0 mm fish skull with Ice Living eyes. The materials were tied on using GSP 100 thread and include clear Chocklett's Finesse body chenille in medium and large, Chocklett's grey filler flash, Angel hair bright blue flash, and blue marabou.
• Black and pink articulated fly - This 4 1/2" is tied on a size 1 Kona UMS hook and has 4 articulation shanks tied to the hook using an additional 20mm articulation shank. The head is a 7.0 mm fish skull with Ice Living eyes. The materials were tied on using GSP 100 thread and include clear Chocklett's gamechanger chenille, Chocklett's grey filler flash, pink Larva Lace tinsel, and pink and black hen feathers.
