This fast-tracked weight loss program includes twelve 30-min. sessions, where you will train your body for the activities performed in daily life! Using readily-accessible everyday items and bodyweight movements, these short training sessions will prep you for real-life, daily living stuff like bending, twisting, lifting, loading, pushing, pulling, squatting and hauling.
Functional workouts typically consist of compound exercises like squats, lunges, and deadlifts. Perhaps you haven’t lifted weights your whole life, don’t like “cardio,” haven’t done a squat for ~15 years or don’t have fitness equipment at home. No problem! No experience required!
