Item Description
1 week at 3 bedroom condo at Northstar at Tahoe resort between May to October excepting weeks containing the Fourth of July and excepting the 3 day weekends of Memorial Day and Labor Day. Includes access cards allowing entry at $5/day/person to excellent recreation center within walking distance with 2 pools, 3 jacuzzis, 8 tennis courts, gym, sauna, and game room with ping pong, air hockey, etc. Many hiking trails. Five minute drive to golf course. Fifteen minutes drive to Tahoe or Truckee. Refundable security deposit of $500 will be required along with signed contract. Primary renter must be 25 years old and must occupy. Occupancy limit 8. Private sleeping for 7. NOT handicap accessible due to many stairs. Maximum 2 cars. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. MUST BE USED IN 2021.

Sales tax applies. For just $10 more, Bodega Land Trust is pleased to offer personal delivery of auction item or items right to your door. This offer is good only in Sonoma County, within a 30 mile radius of Bodega, CA. We must have a street address not a PO Box. Winning bidders will receive instructions about how to arrange delivery or pick up in their winning bid confirmation email after the auction closes.
If arrangements for delivery are not set up, items will be mailed to the address provided, and shipping costs will be charged. NOTE: PLEASE CONSIDER THAT THE COST OF SHIPPING LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS OUT OF CALIFORNIA CAN BE HIGH.
If no address has been provided, the sale will be void in 30 days, the winner may treat their bid as a tax-deductible donation to Bodega Land Trust, and the item will be resold at a future auction.
