Item Description
These statues feel like real ivory or bone; Ann of InspiredSculpture calls it "faux ivory." The successful bidder will receive the three following statues:
Shakyamuni Buddha, the Enlightened One, showing the way that leads all beings to the experience of awakening and liberation from samsara.
White Tara is known for compassion, long life, healing and serenity. She expresses maternal compassion and offers healing to beings that are hurt or wounded, either physically or spiritually.
Kuan Yin with dragon crossing the ocean.
Says Ann of InspiredSculpture: "I believe in creating sculptures with deep meaning that inspire personal growth and mark important events in life. My devotional pieces are collected for meditation, gifts for bereavement, spiritual passage, congratulations, coming of age and positive support in difficult times. Inspired by world travel, the sculptures reflect diverse beliefs and cultures from many countries. Many of the designs in my Etsy shop were originally sculpted by my mother and father of Mission Studios who have shared their talents and helped me develop my skills. All of the sculptures are made by me in my home studio in Oregon. A career (full time) artist, I have been making and selling my own and my family's sculptures nationally and internationally since I was 7 years old."
