Cut measures approximately 2.5" x 1" in size and has been hand-signed in blue felt-tip pen by Theodore "Dutch" Van Kirk (D. 2014).
Theodore "Dutch" Van Kirk was a navigator of the United States Army Air Forces, best known as the navigator of the Enola Gay when it dropped the first atomic bomb on Hiroshima.
