This delicate brooch likely dates some time between the Victorian era and the 1920s. Complex gold floral patterns ordorn the front of the brooch which was likely once part of a locket converted to be worn as a pin. Lockets were very popular in the Victorian era, usually containing sentimental items such as a lock of hair or tiny portrait of a loved one. Brooch back still retains a loop for a chain.
Details: Brooch measures approx. 1 1/4" wide and 1" high. Front of brooch is in excellent condition.
