Three Cellared Trillium Stouts
Barrel Aged Macaroon
“After a long year spent in Rum oak barrels, we are proud to present Barrel-Aged Macaroon. The base imperial stout for this collaboration with The Veil was brewed with Brown Sugar and was conditioned on coconut after barrel aging.” Rated 4.5 on untappd.
Coconut Cake
“Coconut Cake is a bold and decadent imperial stout brewed with a bevy of dark malts along with lactose and dark brown sugar. Inspired by one of our most loved summertime desserts and informed by our experiences working on one of our favorites from the Permutation Series, Number 57, Coconut Cake was conditioned on toasted coconut and Madagascar vanilla beans.” Rated 4.3 on untappd.
Permutation 57
“Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our brewing and cellar crew. For Number 57 we blended an imperial milk stout aged in cognac puncheons and bourbon barrels with milk stout newly brewed in stainless steel fermenters. Next, coconut and vanilla joined the recipe for an added layer of dessert-like decadence. At 13.2%, Permutation 57 is perfect to round out a meal with friends.” Rated 4.5 on untappd
