Lance has hosted stars 3 Time Tony Award winner Glenn Close, Emmy Winner Wayne Brady and Tony nominee Six Feet Under star, Lauren Ambrose. All Broadway performers as well.

Over the last decade, Lance has been featured in 8 Broadway shows includingL the original casts of Peewee Herman on Broadway as The King of Cartoons, Sister Act, Ghost, Cat on Hot Tin Roof, Moss Hart's Act One, Finding Neverland, Sunset Boulevard and My Fair Lady.

In between he has appeared on top television programs and feature films that are currently filmed in NY including: This is Where I Leave You with Tina Fey and Jane Fonda, I am Michael with James Franco , The Humbling with Al Pacino as well as Law & Order:SVU, Pose, FBI, The Good Fight, New Amsterdam, The Affair, Elementary, Nurse Jackie, and White Collar.

Lance is currently producing two End of the Year Youtube specials featuring Tony winning star of A Chorus Line Donna McKechnie and a Holiday virtual concert starring all the kids that he's worked with on Broadway over the last decade.
