Enjoy 2 Nights for 4 people at this partially restored, 1720 Matunuck Farmhouse. Occupied for more than 300 years by Rhode Island's first families including the Arnolds, Stantons, Hazards, Carpenters, and Tuckers; the Stanton Tucker House sits on more than an acre adjacent to just half a mile from the ocean. Walk to the South Kingstown Town Beach or explore Trustom Pond Wildlife Refuge. Bring a kayak or a surfboard along. Carpenter's Farm corn is just a hop and a skip, the Ocean Mist is a short walk, while Matunuck Oyster Bar requires a car OR a kayak. 2 available bedrooms with 1 king and 1 queen size beds. Dates must be mutually convenient to both the homeowner and the winning bidder. Midweeks stays are encouraged, but weekends are also possible.
