Item Description
Enjoy an idyllic day just over the border in Stonington, CT. Founded in 1649, the village of Stonington is full of history. Once the site of the first Stonington and Providence Railroad, home to Connecticut's last commercial fishing fleet, and a longstanding haven to artists and authors, Stonington is a perfect day trip. Work up an appetite with a guided walking tour of historic Stonington Borough for four. Lunch on Stonington Harbor at Dog Watch Cafe is also included. Passes to the 1849 Old Lighthouse Museum and the home of the discoverer of Antarctica, Captain Nathaniel Brown Palmer (yes, that Brown family).
