OVERVIEW
The perfect seaside sanctuary with all the modern amenities and off-street parking, Top of 444 Gallery is a spacious recently enovated 3 BD/3 BA with an open floor plan, an outdoor deck and private sleeping quarters with ensuite bathrooms. Located on Commercial street in the heart of the East End gallery district, our guests are just steps away from the beach, charming boutique shops, restaurants, market delis, Provincetown Art Association and Museum, and some of the finest purveyors of Provincetown art.

LIVING AND DINING AREA
The open floor plan features a large picture window with scenic ocean views, mid-century décor, comfortable seating, and a TV-equipped with cable. At the heart of the dining area is a large farmhouse table that accommodates 8 – 10 people and a Swedish-designed wood burning stove, used year-round for those cool summer nights and crisp fall mornings. Take the party onto the deck surrounded by lattice and climbing rose bushes, where you can enjoy the sunrise, people watching or parade watching from one of the best seats in town.

KITCHEN
Modern with stone counters, this chef’s kitchen features an Italian gas stove and oven, Fisher & Paykal fridge, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and Cuisinart coffee maker. Includes all the other amenities for home-cooked meals and entertaining. An outdoor propane weber grill comes equipped with extra propane and grilling utensils.

BEDROOMS & BATHS
Master – Wake up to ocean views in this second-floor oasis with a king-size bed, writing area and exercise area, and an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub, a large frameless glass walk-in shower with hand-crafted tiles.

Queen – Step onto the deck with its spectacular ocean views from this first floor queen bedroom with a memory-foam mattress and an ensuite bathroom with a frameless glass walk-in shower with hand-crafted tiles.

Twin XL - This roomy third bedroom is equipped with two plush XL Twin Beds, banquette seating, and its own bathroom with a frameless glass walk-in shower with hand-crafted tiles.

LAUNDRY
Unit comes equipped with a washer and dryer.

OUTDOOR AREAS
The living and dining areas open up to a sitting deck with a high-top table and stools for dining, and a casual seating area with a bench sofa, four chairs, and a coffee table.

Guests can also find seating in our shared backyard flower garden, tended lovingly for year-round blooms.

EXTRA AMENITIES
Bathrooms are stocked with necessary toiletries.
Enjoy a day at the beach with plenty of beach towels and blankets, beach chairs, coolers, and a rolling wagon for easy transport.
Wood and kindling is provided for the wood stove.
Ironing board and iron.
