Item Description
Artist Nancy Pollack will handcraft a custom-made LOOM ART PIECE using the winner's preferred colors.
Nancy has always been passionate about all mediums of fine art. For 17 years, Nancy taught an Introduction to the Arts class to kindergarten children. After she retired, Nancy explored acrylic and watercolor painting, stained-glass hangings, ceramics, and bead and silver jewelry design. Nancy was first inspired to create woven hanging pieces while hiking in Arizona, where she found a beautiful branch that soon became a twig loom!
Nancy Pollack is a beloved grandmother of two Stone Bridge students: "It is my pleasure to make you a unique piece of art -- your very own twig loom! I am excited to know what colors you would like me to use in your piece."
Nancy will ship the finished piece to the auction winner upon completion.
Item Special Note
Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items in Napa at a location and date to be arranged -- details will be emailed to winning bidders. Items not picked up by March 5, 2021 will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Note that we will automatically mail gift cards and gift certificates for free -- no need to pick those up.)
Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped on or around Tuesday, February 9, 2021, unless you tell us that you wish to pick up your item. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Gift cards and gift certificates ship for free.) Please contact us at sbspcauction@gmail.com by February 8, 2021 if you plan to pick up your auction winnings.
