Wine Country CrossFit: Aerial Arts Classes for Kids Ages 8-12 - Eight (8) Classes (4-week session, Mon./Wed. after school)

Does your child love to hang upside down and spin? Love to climb and monkey around? The Aerial Silks is a fun fabric apparatus that students can fly and dance on up in the air! Both boys and girls will soar to new levels of strength, coordination and accomplishment.

Our beginner students start by learning skills close to the ground, building a strong foundation of the basics such as climbing and inversions. As students advance, they can begin to practice skills higher in the air and will learn more complicated moves such as drops and flips. Eventually, we start putting together the moves we learn into simple sequences and finally into fully choreographed routines set to a variety of musical styles.

Item Special Note

Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items in Napa at a location and date to be arranged -- details will be emailed to winning bidders. Items not picked up by March 5, 2021, will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Note that we will automatically mail gift cards and gift certificates for free -- no need to pick those up.)

Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped on or around Tuesday, February 9, 2021, unless you tell us that you wish to pick up your item. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Gift cards and gift certificates ship for free.)
