Item Description

White porcelain dish with white roses – 5.25” Dia × 1.25” H

Royal Rudolstadt - made in Volkstedt, Thuringia, Germany after 1890 by Beyer and Beck 1905-1920

Made after 1890 with some raised paint details and gold embellishment.


Round porcelain box with hand painted yellow roses -- 4.5” Dia × 2.25” H

Made in Bavaria

A high-quality hand painted porcelain with gold trim on lid of the box – beautiful and detailed floral design.


Porcelain painted plate with classical motif -- 8.5” Dia × 0.75” H

Made by Imperial Crown China in Austria (Austro-Hungarian Empire).

Backstamp is the pottery mark of decorator and importer as distinct from the manufacturer. It is the mark of Bawo and Dotter who decorated porcelain in their studio in an area which was then known as Bohemia. Today, the area is called RybáÅ™e, Carlsbad in the Czech Republic. The main office of this company was in New York and they also operated a decorating plant in Limoges, France. The company operated from 1883 until 1914.

Plate has gold Greek key trim and some embellishments on the design.
