We’re working hard to keep your kids safe!

Best practices include 10’ distancing, hand washing, surface sanitizing, MERV 13 and HEPA air filtration, mask requirements and temperature checks as we continue put safety first. With just a few openings in each class, register early to get a space. If your preferred choice is sold out, check back in a week or so — we’re adding more classes as circumstances permit.
In addition, our virtual ballet, tap, hip hop, musical theater and Wiggletoes classes continue to be live-streamed right to your home. Same great teachers and fun, nurturing environment. Private lessons are now available to meet your child’s individual needs and your schedule.

Tiny Dancers® is more than just a ballet school, it's a specialized dance program for children ages 2-12. Our family-owned studios, located in Northern Virginia —Alexandria, Mosaic and Fairfax City — feature a literacy-based ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop and musical theater program that provides young dancers with an outstanding technical foundation in a fun and nurturing environment. Beginning with our exclusive Wiggletoes® classes for toddlers ages 2-3 and continuing throughout the program, students are encouraged to learn through creative self-expression, exploration of movement and age-appropriate choreography.
While our core emphasis is on classical ballet, tap, hip hop and jazz technique, the Tiny Dancers curriculum uses choreographed stories and fairy tales -- along with hundreds of custom-made costumes and props -- as a teaching vehicle for dancers ages 2-5.  Each week, the lesson plan is reinforced and brought to life as the students dance the adventures of Rapunzel, re-enact Sleeping Beauty or become the prince or princess in Cinderella.

As our students master the fundamentals and mature as dancers, they graduate from fairy tales to a more intensive focus on technique, style, interpretation and choreography. At each step, we remain committed to providing the best dance education available by emphasizing positive self-esteem, technical excellence and a love of the art of dance.

New students only. This offer is good at any of our studio locations and virtual options and can be used towards a fairy tale birthday party, classes or camps. Our fairy tale birthday parties are an hour and a half of fun games, dancing, crafts, story, dress-up and imagination for dancers ages 3-5. Every dancer goes home with either a tutu, wand and jeweled tiara or a cape, foam sword and shield. Tiny Dancers camps meet daily or weekly and run for two hours. They include lots of dancing, crafts and games. Camps are offered all summer and during Thanksgiving break, winter break and spring break.
