Item Description
Pure maple syrup is made by harvesting sap from sugar maple trees and then concentrating that sap down, through a combination of heat and evaporation, to create a deliciously smooth sweetener that makes the world a better place. Remarkably, it can take 40 gallons of sap to make a single gallon of pure maple syrup. As you can imagine, the process takes a lot of dedication and care.
No need to move to Vermont to enjoy pure maple syrup. NEOA Past-President Rick Williams has found a way for you to get you "the good stuff". The highest bidder will recieve four quarts tapped by the Williams family and personally mailed to you (a valued of more than $60).
