The family pass gives admission to the Ruby Falls Classic Waterfall Tour for two (2) adults and two (2) children. https://www.rubyfalls.com/
Item Special Note
The user can go online and create a check-in time for their visit. They can also present the pass at Ruby Falls for admission to the next available Classic Waterfall Tour. Tours fill quickly, especially on holidays, holiday weekends and summer weekends. For best availability, we recommend weekday visits or arriving before 9:30 AM or after 5:00 PM on weekends. The user can call 423.821.2544 or email info1@rubyfalls.com to redeem the tickets. They will need to include 389272-447977 in their request. Please note, Ruby Falls is in the Eastern Time Zone. If you are traveling to Lookout Mountain from a different time zone, such as Nashville, please plan accordingly and arrive 15 minutes in advance. Ruby Falls narrow cavern trail and elevator to the cave do not consistently accommodate 6 feet of social distancing. Any person over the age of 2 is required to wear a face covering while inside Ruby Falls cave and facilities as directed by the Hamilton County Health Department.
