Item Description

Artist: Debbie Cadenas

Sponsor: Journeymen Saddlers

This 3-D Fox is the culmination of many months of love and dedication to humorously capture hints of Fox hunting lore with an equestrian twist. The bit, reins and genuine German black powder horn work together to embody the Middleburg Spirit and its rich hunting tradition!

Inspiration for Deb Cadenas' artwork comes from the scenic Virginia countryside, and the sheep and horses in her pasture. Her artwork is on display in many area businesses and art galleries including the Salamander Equestrian Center, Artists in Middleburg Gallery, Journeymen Saddlers, The Byrne Gallery and her shop, Journeymen's Treasures, located at 16 S. Madison St. Deb is a past chairperson of the Middleburg Arts Council and the founder of Foxes on the Fence. Debbie gives credit to God for her gifts and talent and loves to share her work with local schools, churches, and charities.
