Item Description
Want to take a warm-weather break during next year's winter? Come for a week's stay in Green Valley, Arizona, 20 miles south of Tucson. Get your own tickets to fly to Tucson or Phoenix (120 miles away); rent a car for a week; and drive to the winter home of Wayne and Kathy Urbaniak. We will either meet you at the Green Valley home - or leave you clear directions and a key. We will be gone February 19-28, 2022; so choose up to 7 days and nights within that time frame to enjoy the Southwest.
This house has 2 bedrooms plus a den, 2 full bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, and nice back-yard private patio. There is TV and internet service. There is a garage to keep your car cool in the warm Arizona sunshine, and a laundry room, if you want to travel light and wash clothes while you are there. Two people can sleep in the large guest room on a king-sized bed. If 4 are coming, two more people can sleep in the master bedroom, on a sleep-number queen-sized bed. There will be staples available, so you can do some meal preparation at the house. You will also have guest pass access to the 9 Green Valley Recreation Centers.
The house is yours for the week. The only restrictions are: no smoking, illegal drugs, or loud partying--it is in a quiet residential neighborhood and we get along well with our neighbors. The daytime highs will be in the 60's, 70's, or 80's; and chances are the sun will be shining. Talk to Kathy or Wayne if you have questions or want more information. Several Judson folks have won this item in the past, or visited us in Green Valley at other times; references are available upon request.
