Zulu Nyala Private Game Reserve provides a unique safari experience in the heart of one of South Africa's most diverse conservation regions. Located in the province of KwaZulu-Natal, the reserve is nestled between the rich wilderness areas of Mkuze, Hluhluwe, Sodwana Bay and the iSimangaliso Wetland Park (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). This lush stretch of paradise hosts a wide variety of wildlife, from the majestic Elephant, to Rhino, Buffalo, Leopard, Zebra, Giraffe and many more. The Zulu Nyala Private Game Reserve is home to over 40 different species of animal and magnificent birdlife. A number of safari activities and excursions are available to guests.

You and a partner can spend 6 days & 6 nights at the Zulu Nyala Heritage Safari Lodge or Tented Safari Camp. These luxurious settings host elegant colonial accommodations, brimming with the finest comforts and hospitality. Cool lounges, a wide veranda with stunning views, sparkling swimming pools and attentive African hospitality make being “in camp” a relaxing, and pleasurable experience.

Relax in the comfort of your beautifully appointed room or bask by the poolside in the African sun, then top off the day with refreshing sundowner cocktails as a legendary African sunset unfolds. Safari Game Drives are conducted twice a day in open 4x4 vehicles by qualified and knowledgeable ranger guides. Afternoon safari game drives continue after sunset into the early evening. Game viewing by spotlight after dark offers the chance of seeing unusual nocturnal species.
