Item Description

Enjoy a year's worth of handmade sourdough bread from Kam Family Bakery, the hobby baking adventure of public relations executive Nathan Kam. It all started back in September 2020 during Oahu's second lock down during the pandemic. #SurgeDaStarter was born and the rest is history. Over the past six months, Nathan has been honing his bread making skills in his home kitchen and has shared more than 300 loaves of classic, garlic and garlic rosemary boules with family and friends. All proceeds from bread sales go towards supporting Nathan's charitable work, which includes serving on the board of Junior Achievement of Hawaii, which delivers financial literacy education to students K-12 across the state. Due to our limited release each week, this is a rare opportunity to enjoy our bread year-round.

This 12-month subscription includes delivery of one sourdough bread per month (your choice of classic, garlic or garlic rosemary).

Ingredients: White bread flour, whole wheat flour, water, starter, and salt. The garlic loaf is made with fresh garlic. The garlic rosemary loaf is made with fresh and dried rosemary.

Item Special Note

Winner will be connected with Kam Family Bakery to coordinate pickup of bread on Oahu.
