Item Description
This painting is full of feeling and motion! The River Duddon Estuary, located nortwest England, was painted in 1964 by Fenwick Patterson.
The river meanders about 15 miles before emptying into the Irish Sea at Duddon Sands. The estuary lies along the boundary of the historic county of Lancashire.
This painting was displayed at the Santa Fe Opera, while under the leadership of Richard Gaddes.
