Strengthen your body and mind this Spring with five (5) one-hour personal pilates sessions in a private, boutique setting with Tracey Ryan Pilates, in the East Village at 12th Street & 3rd Avenue.
It's a workout designed around you - man or woman, at any level. Exercises can be broken down for a beginner or designed to challenge someone experienced in Pilates. They can cater to injuries or pregnancy, or build on the regimen of seasoned athletes. In all cases, what you learn here will be a foundation for fitness that stays with you.
From her early classical training as a dancer to her current passion for Pilates, Tracey has devoted a lifetime to movement. After moving from the U.K. to New York in 1994, she's spent the last 20 years sharing that devotion with others, teaching first dance, then Pilates. Having gotten her certification in Stott Pilates in 2003, Tracey taught at various studios before opening her own in 2006.

New clients only. Sessions by appointment. The item may be picked up at Third Street Music School May 7th and 8th between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm, after May 8th by appointment, or mailed via USPS. Items expire a year from the auction close unless otherwise noted.
