Office/residence must be in NYC, have 30+ people currently working there, be for-profit, and located in Manhattan or within a few subway stops. Client would provide the milk.
Item certificate may be picked up at Third Street Music School May 7th and 8th between the hours of 10 am and 4 pm, after May 8th by appointment, or mailed via USPS. Items expire a year from the auction close unless otherwise noted.
