Item Description
The 2012 growing season was perfect for making excellent Pinot Noir in The Valley. The wine is an excellent representation of a Burgundian style Pinot made with a subtle touch of California.
The Tasting Notes from Wine Consultant Patrick Saboe are as follows. “The delightful nose yields notes of fresh plums and dried fig. One detects refined texture as it glides across the palette with subtle hints of strawberries and baking spices. The balanced acidity and soft, round tannins provide a velvety finish.”
