- 2018 Chardonnay - A complex “oaked” chardonnay with nice balance of wood and fruit, showing the amazing softness of quality oak, with a nice acidic balance of the fruit quality.
- 2018 L'inizio - The name L'inizio is Italian and means "the Beginning", as it was the first wine built at Cooper Wine Company.
Cooper Wine Company is a family operated Washington State Estate vineyard located on Red Mountain.
Since 2010, their focus has been on the grapes. With 12 different varietals, starting with the Bordeaux, Cab Sauv, Cab Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Malbec, and an impressive 10 acres of Carmenere; it’s the largest percentage grown on any one vineyard in the state of WA! Let’s not forget about their delicious Chardonnay, Viognier, Sangiovese, Zinfandel, Syrah and Nebbiolo!
