Item Description

We are proud to offer a fabulous Santa Cruz Beach House rental for a 2 night stay* (see special notes below). This beach house offers a private fenced back yard with BBQ and a Hot Tub. Just a 5-minute walk to the Beach and mins drive to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and Capitola. Enjoy taking in the beach lifestyle in a lovely sanctuary while spending quality time by the ocean. We take great care in the comfort and safety of our guests. Our home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each guest per California Guidelines.

The space
This lovely home features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a basic equipped kitchen. We have 3 kings, 1 queen, and 2 twin bunk bed sets. Our occupancy per our license with Santa Cruz County is max 8 persons (children under 6 not included).

Note: Pets are welcome at $100 pet fee for the 1st pet and an additional $50 for the second with pre-approval. (Please read our House Rules for more information.)

Guest access
You have full access to the home except for the master bedroom closet and the garage.

Other things to note
Since we are located so close to the beach, we experience two very common issues ALL our neighbors deal with as well.
1) There’s a lot of sand! While our cleaning service cleans after each rental, vacuums up and mops, Santa Cruz sand leaves a stubborn black dust behind. So please don’t be alarmed if you find your feet dirty while walking barefoot on the bare floor. We assure you it’s clean! It’s the fine dust left from visits to the beach that are just not collected in our normal cleaning efforts.
2) ANTS! We often have visits from pesky "Sugar" ants escaping the most often dew, wet weather. We have a regular pest control service but they are relentless. We are working on it consistently.

County of Santa Cruz requires us to collect an 11% Transient Tax fee per night. Airbnb collects that at time of booking.
