CAVIAR FLAVOR PROFILES CHOICES:
Oscietra Classic: Delicate, smooth flavors and a nuanced nuttiness with a hint of lingering saltiness. The princess of the Oscietras. Medium size eggs, dark to medium brown.
Siberian Classic: A bold caviar with full-flavors of the sea and a pure, clean finish. Medium size eggs that vary from dark to golden grey.
Tradition Prestige: Elegant creamy and buttery flavors arrive first as hints of seaweed appear before yielding to a long, clean finish. Large eggs, medium grey to black color.
Pick up at St. Lawrence Martyr School in Redondo Beach. If shipped, an additional $5 charge for shipping and handling will be added to the winning bid amount. All items will have a tracking number.
